Our directory does accept submissions for small towns, and those submissions may be made by anyone who chooses to promote the town. All submissions are MANUALLY approved before going live. If your submission is inappropriate, it will be removed before anyone else sees it.

Directory submission requirements consist of:

• The town must be less than 11,000 in population. We leave a little wiggle room in our "under 10,000" population rule, but if it doesn't start with a "10" or less, you are out of luck.
• You must live in the same state you are promoting the town for. The town may be promoted by citizen's groups, official PR personnel (as long as there is contact info within the state the town is in), town clerks, or interested individuals.
• Certain information fields are required. Submissions will not be accepted if they are not filled in - the form will let you know what those are.
• All submissions must be family friendly, and may not make any kind of reference to age, gender, religious, or racial prejudice or preference. Retirement communities may be promoted, without reference to age.

Article Library Submissions are bound by the following guidelines:

• Articles must be high quality and professional. Low quality articles will not be approved for publishing.
• You retain copyrights to the work, and grant us a non-exclusive right to publish your article without alteration. You may withdraw those rights at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Articles must be family friendly, and must refrain from any kind of reference to age, gender, religious, or racial prejudice or preference in any context that might be offensive.
• Adult content is strictly prohibited, as is content that promotes gambling, use of tobacco products, or consumption of alcohol.
• Content which condones or encourages engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
• Signature lines may contain not more than two URLs, and must be limited to 100 words.
• Affiliate links and self-promotional links within the body of the article are prohibited.

All submitters agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The email address used to submit items to this site will be used to notify you of changes to the listing, or other information regarding site use.
• Abuse of our terms of use will result in removal of your account from our site, and removal of the listing.
• Any attempt by any user to use this site for purposes which are illegal, harmful to this site or to other legal entities, will result in legal prosecution.
• You certify that you have the legal right to post the items that you are submitting, and that you are not in violation of copyright laws or other intellectual property laws.

The purpose of the site is to promote small towns. Directory listings are ONLY for small towns. Advertising is available for other businesses.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any listing for any reason. We reserve the right to modify any listing to correct spelling or accuracy errors.
